2. Data Collected and Purposes
We collect: email address (account), postal codes (autonomy score calculation), household data (simulation), browsing data (analytics), IP address (security), and payment data (if premium, via Lemon Squeezy). Each data type has a specific legal basis under GDPR Articles 6.1.b (contract) or 6.1.f (legitimate interest).
Error monitoring (Sentry): technical error data (message, page visited without its parameters, browser) and, only when an error occurs, a recording of the session (replay) with text and media masked. Email addresses and tokens are masked before sending. Purpose: detecting and fixing bugs. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f). Retention: limited, as set in our contract with the provider.
3. Cookies
Azimut AI uses Plausible Analytics, which uses no cookies and collects no personal data. Browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) holds the sign-in session, preferences (language, theme), the hand-off of your score after sign-up and cached results; every item, with its purpose and lifetime, is listed in our cookie policy. Data tied to your account is deleted from the device when you sign out.
4. Your Rights
Under GDPR (Articles 15-22), you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, and restriction. Contact dpo@azimut-ai.com to exercise them. You may also file a complaint with your national data protection authority.
