    Editorial charter

    Updated

This charter sets out how Azimut AI chooses its sources, keeps its figures right, dates its pages and corrects its mistakes — for the blog guides, the topic and commune pages, and the results the app shows. It describes only practices already in place.

    1. The order of sources

    1. The law: Légifrance and the French Official Journal — the act, decree or order, and the date it takes effect.
    2. Public bodies: Anah, ADEME, the ministries, service-public.fr — their scales and their reading of the rule.
    3. Licensed public data (PVGIS, Hub'Eau, INRAE, ADEME, INSEE…): their licence and vintage are listed in the sources table on the about page, and how they are used in the methodology.
    4. Trade press, only as a dated complement: never the sole source of a rule or a figure.

    2. Figures

    • The figures the tools compute — score weighting, energy-class thresholds, rental-ban calendar, report price — are read from the engine's constants. On the self-sufficiency calculator and energy-certificate tool pages, and in the llms.txt file written for answer engines, an automated test holds the figures spelled out there equal to the code.
    • No user counts, reviews or ratings of Azimut AI: the site publishes none, and an automated test rejects any count of users or households in all seven interface languages.
    • A score, a works cost or a grant amount is presented for what it is: an indicative estimate, neither a quote nor a decision by a funding body.

    3. Dates

    • "Published": the date of first publication.
    • "Updated": the date of the last substantive revision — the same date as the dateModified of the structured data and the <lastmod> of the sitemap.
    • Never today's date: a date that moved with every deployment would be a false freshness signal.

    4. Financial aid

    • Aid rules (MaPrimeRénov', CEE, éco-PTZ, regional schemes) are dated by a quarterly vintage — currently 2026-Q3 — shown on the pages that cite them.
    • When a guide dates the check of a regulatory source ("checked on …", or "vérifié le …" and "consulté le …" in French), that is the date the source was last read, separate from the page's "Updated" date.
    • Scales change during the year: the official simulator Mes Aides Réno and France Rénov' are authoritative.

    5. Generated images

    • AI-generated images — article headers, course illustrations — are labelled as such wherever they appear.

    6. Independence

    • Some product links are affiliate links. Commissions change neither the Product Compass grid, nor the points awarded, nor the order in which products are shown (Product Compass method).
    • The site is funded by sales of the detailed report and by a professional offer; the about page sets them out.

    7. Reporting a mistake

    • Write to contact@azimut-ai.com with the subject "Correction", giving the page address, the passage concerned and, if you can, the source that contradicts it.
    • A substantive correction is reflected in the page's "Updated" date — and so in its structured data and in the sitemap.

    8. Who answers for it
