    1. Scope

These terms of sale govern the sale of digital products by Azimut AI on azimut-ai.com. Placing an order implies prior acceptance of these terms, which are accepted before payment. The terms in force on the order date apply.

    2. Seller

    Azimut AI
    Company registration in progress
    Registered office: Paris, France
    Email: contact@azimut-ai.com

Publisher and hosting details are set out in the legal notice.

    3. Products

Azimut AI sells digital content and services:

    • Free assessment — autonomy score, local data, PDF report and the first course modules. Free, no card, in exchange for an email address.
    • Action plan + 30-day pass — full report (costed and prioritised works, public-scale subsidy estimates, energy-class trajectory) and full access to the application for 30 days from payment.
    • Annual subscription — full access for twelve months. Not open for subscription at this date.

Nature of the results. Scores, savings, works costs and subsidy amounts are indicative estimates computed from public sources (PVGIS, ADEME, INRAE, INSEE). They are not a regulated energy audit, an energy performance certificate, a quotation, or investment or financing advice. Only certified-installer quotations and funding-body decisions are binding.

    4. Prices

Prices are in euro, all taxes included: the action plan is €39 in France and €19 elsewhere (autonomy report only, without the France-specific energy-class chapter). The annual subscription, once open, will be €79 per year, less any action plan already paid for in the first year. The applicable price is the one displayed at checkout.

    5. Ordering and payment

An account is required, as purchased access is attached to it. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC) acting as reseller of record: applicable VAT is collected by Lemon Squeezy and the invoice is emailed to the customer. Azimut AI never accesses or stores card details.

No renewal. The action plan is a one-off payment: nothing is charged afterwards, no payment method is stored, and the 30-day access ends by itself. Buying again extends existing access rather than replacing it.

    6. Delivery

Access opens immediately after payment is confirmed, on the account used to order, and the 30-day period runs from then. On expiry the report and action plan remain the customer's, account data is retained, and only full-access screens close again.

    7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because these are digital products supplied immediately, that right is waived once performance begins with the customer's express prior consent — consent that is requested before payment and never pre-ticked (French Code de la consommation, art. L221-28, 13°).

Before performance begins, withdrawal may be exercised by email to contact@azimut-ai.com, with reimbursement within 14 days by the original payment method.

Goodwill refund. Independently of the above, any customer who considers the report did not match what was advertised may request a refund by email within 14 days of purchase. It is granted without argument and removes no statutory right.

    8. Statutory guarantees

Statutory guarantees of conformity for digital content and against hidden defects apply as provided by French law, independently of any commercial guarantee.

    9. Availability and liability

Azimut AI uses reasonable means to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access; prolonged unavailability attributable to Azimut AI entitles the customer to an equivalent extension of the access period. Works, investment and financing decisions remain the customer's sole responsibility, as do differences between estimates and actual amounts, to the extent permitted by law.

    10. Personal data

See the privacy policy and the cookie policy. Introductions to installers never occur without explicit, un-pre-ticked and email-confirmed consent.

    11. Complaints and mediation

Complaints should be sent to contact@azimut-ai.com, answered within 15 working days. EU consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge, and the European online dispute resolution platform at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.

    12. Governing law

French law governs these terms. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the customer's EU country of residence continue to apply.
